Michael E. Srulevich, DO


Michael Srulevich, DO, MPH, FAAHPM, “Understanding and Assessing Dementia,” is an associate professor of geriatrics at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM) and medical director of VNA Hospice of Philadelphia. Board certified in family medicine with certificates of added qualification in geriatric medicine and hospice and palliative medicine, he is also a certified hospice medical director. Dr. Srulevich is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, Drexel University School of Public Health, and a 2002 graduate of PCOM. He completed an internship, family medicine residency and geriatric fellowship at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in Stratford. A fellow of the American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine, Dr. Srulevich is a member of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medicine Association, the American Osteopathic Association, the Eastern Pennsylvania Geriatrics Society, the American Medical Directors Association and the Pennsylvania Medical Directors Association.
